What you are buying
A single interactive card and the private link that activates it. Building and previewing a card is free. Payment of the listed price activates the shareable link for that one card.
Withdrawal and refunds
Because the card is digital content, you are asked at checkout to consent to immediate performance and to acknowledge that you thereby lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Payment activates your card's link immediately — at that point the product has been delivered and the job is done, so we do not offer refunds. We do not make an exception for a card that has not yet been opened: a refund window tied to opening is trivial to abuse (the sender can simply never open the link, or never share it), so we do not offer one.
Acceptable use
Do not use a card to harass, threaten, impersonate or deceive anyone. We may deactivate a link and refuse service if you do. You are responsible for the content you put into a card and for having a good reason to send it to the person you are sending it to.
Availability
We aim for the service to be available continuously but do not guarantee it. Card links expire ten days after they are answered; the content stays visible in your own history.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the card in question. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Estonian law.
Law
Estonian law applies. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence.
